All members new to ebay that are probationary will have their bids canceled as well. Thanks This is a fully optioned 2003 BMW 760LI with 83,000 miles. It has a salvage/flood Pennsylvania title that is in hand. The interior is in fine shape and clean. There is some soil marks on the rear carpet. This car has no signs of flood damage so, it may have been very minor. All electronics in the car work, also, as seen in the pictures. The bad: There is a hole in the bottom of the upper oil pan the size of a silver dollar that was caused by a broken connecting rod. When I pulled the lower oil pan I found 5 or 6 large pieces of the rod in the pan. Because of this I am selling the car as-is with no warranty because of the unknown condition of the inside of the motor. All other components on the motor are there and the car is complete as it came new. All the body panels are straight and this car would make a great parts car or a project if you have a donor motor availible. The exception to the body being in good shape is the front bumper cover has a molding strip that is missing and is minor to the cars looks ***This car is not in running conditon and will have to be trailed or transported on a car carrier*** You can direct any and all questions to me, Marc, 724-422-8766 or just email me.
