Dear Bidders , this is a Volvo XC 90 that runs and operates smoothly.I have done 500 miles around the town .The car would be an easy fix. There is a major problem with the ca rand that is that it has been sold to me buy a dealer as a salvage car who then chose to declare it as a total loss as if it had been crushed.The dealer then closed up shop and I was left unable to register it .All I have is a hand written bill of sale. I bought it with the intention of exporting it , fixing it and moving it on.Any bidders from overseas or Mexico simply will not have this problem. The car needs to be redeemed from being a total loss ......you cant walk into DMv and register it due to the unusual title problem it has. I am not a dealer I bought it thinking it would be an easy fix and simply did not get the time to get the bits and have been caught by a dealer who closed down as well as the unusual option we had to sell it oversees..... The car will need to have its title fully redeemed the CA taxes paid of $1100 ........it will need a pro or a dealer to sort out the papers.The car could also be exported no probs.It could be used by someone who wants to build one good xc90 out of the two. check out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x4jYw7vk8IA The car runs fine as you can see in the video........It has a perfect transmission and no major problems. The story behind the car is this.It was sold in 2004 to somebody in Santa Monica.They must have went for a slide in it bashed the front fender and then the car has slid round and damaged the back wheel and dented the back right fender.The car was salvaged by the insurance company............they then sold it to a salvage dealer ......I bought it from him as a winter project.......never got round to it and just want rid of it now ...I paid $7500 for it...........internally it is perfect.The seats the trim all the electrics air con transmission and engine all drive fine. I have actually done 500 miles driving it around San Juan Capistarno.It has a smog test .........The car can be inspected at our house in CA 92675. The car could be driven away if you have the correct trade plates ect. The XC90 needs a new front fender.A full service A repair to the back fenderA small panel under the lightthe traction control light is onthe steering wheel is of alignmentthe back drivers wheel is damaged but still runs. any questions email me on jamesnicol7@gmail.com whoever eventually gets this car will get a fine SUV......but I need to sell it with everyone aware of the lack of documentation which makes it impossible for the normal none trade guy to register it.
